In order to guard against duplication of products and services at the Fair, please list ALL products and services you will be providing, selling or demonstrating at the Women’s Resource Fair: (Please note that fees for services - i.e. massages, readings, etc. - may not be charged at the Fair.)*

SPEAKING OR PRESENTATION DEMONSTRATION

Speaking and Demonstration Slots
Each fair's advisory circle (which all current vendors are invited to participate on) will select 20-25 speaking and demonstrations to be presented at the fair. If you are interested in being considered for one of these slots, please fill out this portion of the form, This new policy of presenting fewer lectures will help increase audience attendance, have only one lecture being presented at a time and avoid topic duplication. Selection is based on education content relevant to women 40-60 and potential for strong audience draw. The lecture and demonstration times are 30 minutes in length with room for 20-40 people.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Presentation: You are responsible for supplying all materials and equipment you may need for your presentation. There is no equipment provided in the rooms. Chairs are arranged in audience-style seating, but you are free to rearrange the seating during your 15-minute set-up time.

Table: Please indicate if you need a table located near a wall if you have table top boards or racks that will block the view of your neighboors table. Please only request it if it is essential.

PAYMENT
A deposit of $100 is required to process your application. Payment by credit card or e-check is accepted securely through PayPal. Fees: For-Profit-Groups - $700 per Fair Non-Profits & Sole Proprietors - $500 per Fair A $100 deposit is required to process your registration.

Once your application is accepted by the Women’s Resource Fair Advisory Circle, your place in the Fair(s) is reserved and your deposit becomes non-refundable. A contract and invoice will be sent 75 days prior to each fair. Signed contract and balance in full are due 60 days prior to each fair.
